Real estate in Timișoara is a crowded category. Agencies compete on listings, on speed, on price. Domus Nova came in with a different thesis. The agency-client relationship was the actual product, and that the website should feel like the way they work, not like every other listing portal in the country. A young team, a reduced-commission model, and a promise of full hand-holding from first call to handover. The brief was to translate all of that into a digital home that proved the positioning before a single property loaded.

We built the site around the way a buyer actually moves. Hero leads with a featured listing, not a search bar. Below it, the three pillars —> Transparent, Simplu, Clar. The listings table reads like a spreadsheet that respects you: every detail you need, nothing you don't, a route to an agent on every row. Carousel above for browsing, table below for shortlisting. Two ways to look at the same data, depending on where you are in the decision.

Motion does the heavy lifting. A door swings open on every CTA —> the kind of small moment that, once noticed, you can't unsee. Crinkle and glitter textures catch the light as you scroll. Hero video runs as ambient backdrop, not a stock loop. Listing transitions feel like flipping through a portfolio, not refreshing a database. Every interaction earns its place, and none of them show off.

A site that holds up under scrutiny. Listings load fast, the CMS scales as the portfolio grows, and the agents using it day-to-day don't need a manual. The motion language carries from hero to footer without a single moment that feels off-brand, and the door interaction has become Domus Nova's recognizable detail —> the thing returning visitors notice first. Built to publish weekly, built to last.
